I've lived in Vegas for about two years now and discovered two things about men in this town: 1 - The odds of them being a drug dealer or a drug doer is something you shouldn't bet against. 2 - If they seem like someone who I'd like to spend some time with and really get to know - they are either a long-term tourist, gay or married in another state.

Having run the gamut of losers in this city, I feel as though there should be some intelligent, funny, interesting guys who are not creeps or complete asses.

Myself - I'm a well educated history teacher. I enjoy lots of hobbies and am willing to try things at least once, if not twice - just to be sure. I can carry on a converstation about many topics - from Roman Emperors to the latest celeb gossip. I know how to dress up and hit a club or find some comfy PJs and spend the whole day watching TV on the couch.

So I'd like a guy who has traits of versitility, intelligence, humor, passion, and affection.

I'm working as a high school history teacher. I'm working on a Masters Degree in Educational Technology. I'd like to teach at the college level someday so that means another Masters Degree and a PhD. I love Vegas and am planning on living here for a while, but am not sure I want to teach at UNLV...

1 My planner - I live from that thing, important dates, meetings, phone numbers, business cards - it keeps me organized 2 My laptop - Most of my friends live in different states so my computer allows me to keep in touch with them (and do all the rest of my stalking and whatnot) 3 My closet - the size of a small bedroom. I'm a bit of clothes horse and therefore need as much space as possible. Typically, I cant find anything to wear. 4 My truck - My truck's name is Sam. He is the best truck ever. I can beat the crap out of him on a long drive through the desert, get him washed and valet park him that night. He is versitile. 5 My XM Radio - I can not listen to regular radio due to the incessent talking and commercials. XM has neither :) 6 My cell phone - Constant connection is a great technology. Being able to talk anywhere at anytime is great. And the best part you cant get with a land line - you can turn it off.

Well depending on the week that I had at school, Friday could be spent at the bar with some co-workers complaining about the week we just had (actually we do this every Friday after work @ 2 - it just depends how long we are there). Often me and a friend or two will hit up a movie or some other nonsenese for a bit. Occasionally I take in a concert or a show. After all this is Vegas.

You are not easily offened. You are not a drug dealer, drug doer, or smoker. You do not have children over the age of 10. You are smart and have minimal spelling errors in your messages.
