I'm a Ph.D. student and I'm busy but happy. School dominates my
life, but I love it... most of the time. :)Music is necessary to my life, and you can often catch me dancing in public if I like the song. I'm generally not a music snob (though I really can't stand most country music...). I love movies, especially indie films, and I try to catch as many as I can.
I try to laugh every day. Most of the time I'm either smiling or laughing. I have a positive outlook on life and try to see the good in life and people. I don't see the point in being cynical and unhappy. In fact, more than one person has said this is my most annoying quality. I thank them for their compliment.
I love fashion, including fashion mags, Project Runway, and the Style Network. However, you will rarely catch me wearing something other than jeans and a t-shirt.
I've recently decided that vodka martinis might be the drink of the gods. Well, after Dr. Pepper.

I'm working on my Ph.D. I hope to be done in a couple years. I also
teach courses during the summer. It's interesting being a 25 year
old student/instructor. When I'm finished, I plan on being a

I have too many, but some favorites are Casablanca, Grosse Pointe Blank, Kissing Jessica Stein, Wonder Boys, both Kill Bills, Sideways, Pan's Labyrinth.. some recent favorites are Once, Juno, and Lars and the Real Girl.
Music: I LOVE music and will listen to almost everything. Favorites include: The Beatles; Fleetwood Mac; Oasis; Joshua Radin; Muse; Mika; Regina Spektor; Rachael Yamagata
Food: Anything and everything Asian (especially Thai and sushi); bread products; and Mexican food.
